GCR Tire Tech's were at the scene changing a tire on a tractor trailer. The one Tire Tech was in the back of his truck, closest to the accident, getting equipment out when he saw a gold car swerving in and out of traffic causing another tractor trailer to spike his brakes, causing the tractor trailer to jack knife, hitting the car that was sitting on the side of the road due to not being able to see in the rain, about 100 yards behind the GCR Tire truck. The GCR Tire Tech in the back of the truck immediately ran to the aide of the three victims in the car and was inside the car while this video was being taped.
