The 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month during the summer are race days for the Aeroguidance Society R/C Club. Specially built planes fly 10 lap races around 2 pylons in groups of 3. Speeds can reach over 60 mph. At the end of the season the Flyers and helpers attend a party where the winners are announced and given plaques and bragging rights.
