(WBNG) -- Pennsylvania State Police said three have been charged for their involvement in a fatal hit and run that occurred on Oct. 23.

According to State Police, Brooke Peterson; 20, Gloria Davis; 47, and Joseph Thomas; 22, of Uniondale have been charged with involuntary manslaughter, accidents involving death or personal injury, obstruction, tampering and conspiracy.

Police said the three were involved in the death of Jeremy Clark, 17, of Vandling.

Authorities said Clark was lying on the northbound lane of State Route 171 and was struck by Peterson’s vehicle. They said Peterson left the scene and returned later with Davis and Thomas until EMS arrived. Police said the three then left the scene again and made “an agreement that they would not tell anyone about the incident.”

Police noted that arrangements have been made for them to turn themselves in on Oct. 28.
