What Binghamton University students need to know before Spring 2022 move-in
BINGHAMTON (WBNG) -- Binghamton University Emergency Management is reminding all students they need to get tested for COVID-19 on their way in during the Spring 2022 move-in.
The surveillance testing center hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. during move-in.
Students who test positive will be encouraged to return home for their isolation period. If that is not possible, they will be required to move to an isolated building if space permits.
Students will need to show their vaccination card or excelsior pass during the testing and check-in process.
The Decker Patient Portal has information on booster shots. Binghamton University Emergency Management says students should receive their booster before arrival if they are eligible.
COVID-19 booster shots will be available first come first serve at the on-campus clinics on Jan. 20 to 21 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
