Saturday: Partly sunny and warm. 60% chance of showers with long dry periods. A few late afternoon/early evening thunderstorms possible. Any storms could be strong to severe with damaging wind the highest threat. The tornado threat is NOT zero, but it is very low. High: 58-64

Forecast Discussion:

Saturday will be an unsettled day, but it won’t rain all day long Saturday. We expect long dry periods with highs near 60. A few showers are expected and a thunderstorm is possible. Any storms, especially later in the day with the passage of a cold front, could be strong to severe. The highest threat with any severe storms will be damaging wind. The risk of a tornado is LOW, but not zero. Please stay weather aware. If we see more sunshine, the risk of strong to severe storms would be higher.
