Two Charged with a number of Felonies After Break-In

Binghamton (WBNG) - The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation at Binghamton arrested Noe Casas-Aguilar, age 18 of Binghamton, NY and a 17-year-old juvenile.
Shortly after 2 a.m. on July 31, 2022, troopers were dispatched to a residence on Bevier Street in the Town of Dickinson for a report of two males that broke into an occupied home. They fled the area and were located at a residence in the City of Binghamton and subsequently arrested. The two males were processed at SP Binghamton.
Casas-Aguilar and the juvenile were both charged with two counts of burglary in the first degree, two counts of robbery in the first degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and reckless endangerment in the first degree.
Casas-Aguilar was transported to Broome County Jail for Central Arraignment and Processing. The 17-year-old was transported to Oneida County Correctional Facility.
Investigators were assisted by members of the Binghamton Police Department.
