Fatal MVA Crash on Vestal Parkway

Vestal (WBNG) - 511NY.org is reporting a fatality in a two-car MVA crash on the Vestal Parkway Monday night near Binghamton University.

According to Broome County Dispatch, the call came in around 10:56 p.m., and Vestal Police, Vestal Ambulance, Vestal Fire, and University Police all responded to the incident.

All lanes heading eastbound from Murray Hill Road to Plaza Drive and westbound lanes from Old Vestal Road to Murray Hill Road were closed throughout the night but have since reopened.

The cause of the incident is still under investigation.
