ENDICOTT (WBNG) -- Saturday marked the 37th annual Apple Fest on Washington Ave in Endicott.

Residents had the chance to enjoy over 80 vendors and youth entertainment from the Avenue, such as dance, karate, and drum zone.

The star of the show was fresh New York State apples, homemade apple products like apple pie, apple turnovers, and countless others.

Coordinator Monica Jordan said each year the festival continues to grow.

“It’s a good day. You come to see your friends, you make some new friends. Just everyone relaxing, smiling and forgetting about the stress in your life. Just kicking back and trying to enjoy life a little. That’s what I feel is important about it,” said Jordan.

Jordan said fun activities like this are what make the Endicott community grow and thrive.
