As weather turns cold, experts see rise in Broome County homelessness

(WBNG) -- As the weather turns colder, the YMCA and Broome County Department of Social Services says homelessness is a problem in the Greater Binghamton area all year. But as the weather turns colder, the problem becomes magnified.
