Southern Tier Actors Read presents ‘These Shining Lives’

(WBNG) -- Southern Tier Actors Read, or STAR, is hosting a staged reading of the play, “These Shining Lives” written by Melanie Marnich.
The play will take place at the Phelps Mansion & Museum on June 30 and July 1 at 7:30 p.m. There will also be a reading on July 2 at 2 p.m.
