Phelps Mansion to host ‘Holiday Bazaar’ for shoppers

(WBNG) -- The Phelps Manion is hosting a two-day “Holiday Bazaar” to help jump-start holiday shopping this Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
The mansion ballroom will be packed with local vendors, artisans and crafters, admission is free.
