OLATHE, Kan. (KMBC) - A car dealership in northeastern Kansas might be for the birds, literally.

Workers at Olathe Ford Lincoln said a robin built a nest right on the tire of a brand-new F-250 truck sitting on the lot.

Robins’ nests are federally protected, meaning the dealership can’t move the truck or the nest.

The eggs have hatched, and the dealership has to wait for the baby birds to leave the nest.

This isn’t the first time something like this has happened at the dealership. Workers say they have found cats and even some possums hiding out in vehicles.
