Vestal Central School District passes budget, bus purchase proposition

VESTAL, N.Y. (WBNG) - The Vestal Central School District passed its school budget Tuesday.

Voters approved the budget 538 to 295.

The district also passed a school bus purchase proposition. Voters approved the proposition 533 to 299.

Joshua Mertens was re-elected to the Board of Education. New members Christian Burdick and Elizabeth Fey also earned seats on the board.
