Originally from Elmira, Maci grew up with all the beauty the Southern Tier has the offer. Her love for broadcast television began in the classrooms of Elmira High School, where she produced and anchored the morning announcements, and followed her through her college years.
Maci graduated with a B.A. in Communications - Journalism from SUNY Fredonia in May 2020. During her time there, she took part in the campus television station, school newspaper, interned with WENY in Elmira and interned at Florence University of the Arts in Florence, Italy in January 2020.
Upon graduation, she relocated to Michigan's Upper Peninsula as a Multi-Media Journalist at WBNG's sister station WLUC TV6. During her year in Marquette, she was a reporter, produced the morning news, and anchored the weekend newscasts. Her favorite memories in the U.P. include living on Lake Superior, seeing everything the gorgeous region has to offer, petting a black bear, and piloting an aerobatic plane.
Even though she loved Upper Michigan, Maci wanted to return back to the area to be closer to family.
Maci joined the WBNG team as a Multi-Media Journalist and Weekend Anchor in September 2021. In September 2022, she took on the role of Morning Anchor.
