Animal Adventure kicks off Halloween season
HARPURSVILLE, N.Y. (WBNG) -- Animal Adventure kicked off its Halloween season with its day time Trick or Treating event.
The day-time trick or treating event invited the community to put on their costumes and bring their candy bags to go trick-or-treating with the animals.
Guests visited different fun and spooky themed stations around the park while visiting their favorite four legged friends.
One family told 12 News they have been coming to the event for eight years.
“We just love coming in costumes and getting together with our friends every year. To go trick or treating and there’s always a lot of great businesses, and the gift shop, and the gift shop, we love, yes. We feed the giraffes most of the time, and we have a membership here because we have so much fun!” Katie and Jacques Huber, Oneonta residents told 12 News
After spooky-season concludes, Animal Adventure will begin hosting its “Jingle Bells: Holiday Lights Display” with nearly two million bright lights for the Christmas season.
