Broome County remains under travel advisory until Monday

BROOME COUNTY, N.Y. (WBNG) -- Broome County’s travel advisory will remain in place until noon on Monday.

Until then, residents are urged to avoid unnecessary travel.

County Executive Jason Garnar said all Broome County Offices will also delay opening until noon on Monday.

This includes the Broome County Sheriff’s office. They office notes morning visitation at the Broome County Correctional Facility is closed from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Monday.

Regular visitation hours will resume at 1 p.m.
